The Countryside Alliance is a membership organisation, with incorporated company status, with over 105,000 full ordinary members. The Alliance is politically non-aligned.Our work is supported by expertise and advice from three specialist teams: media, political, and policy.
These teams also support the work of our staff in the English regions and Wales, and work with the Alliance's devolved operations in Scotland and Ireland, all of whom have expert local knowledge of rural issues and challenges in their own area. The Alliance's campaigns are heavily reliant on the involvement and input of its members and supporters. Communications like the weekly grass e-route e-mail newsletter, and the heavily used Alliance website, are vital to our work. |
