To raise awareness of the importance of sustainable moorland management to the upland environment, economy and culture. To promote research and education at all levels on the benefits of active management To inform policymakers and the media, and to lobby for legislation beneficial to moorlands To foster and coordinate a strong voice on specific moorland issues among wider shooting and land management groups To promote the benefits of grouse shooting as a part of the Countryside Alliance Campaign for Shooting |
