The outcome of this case is important to all of us whether we hunt, shoot or fish. If the courts agree that groups of farmers and landowners can legitimately bring actions against groups of animal rights activists then anyone else targeted like the Crawley and Horsham will have an opportunity to ask the courts to protect them to. Victory will ensure that one small hunt in West Sussex can carry on without harassment and that every hunt and shoot across the country has a recourse in law should they become the target of the same sort of animal rights campaign. Please give what you can. |
