The Countryside Alliance is delighted to announce that it is now a member of ‘Welcome to Yorkshire,’ the official tourism agency for Yorkshire.
Membership of ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’ will provide the Countryside Alliance with opportunities to be included in a wide range of benefits which include, digital marketing and social networking activities, business tourism marketing, domestic and international exhibitions and be included in the award winning Yorkshire.com web site that attracts 5 million visitors each year.
Simon Hamlyn, Northern Regional Director for the Countryside Alliance said “We are very proud to be joining ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’ and hope that we can use this platform to really shout about the great enterprises and communities of rural Yorkshire. Membership will also see us increase our working relationship with rural businesses the better to enhance the profile of Yorkshire and its reputation.”
Simon added “We will also have the opportunity to feature our membership products in Welcome to Yorkshire’s consumer e-newsletter, received by over 100,000 subscribers each month.”
