The 2012 Arctic Dog Sled challenge
Back by popular demand, the Arctic Dog Sled challenge will run again in 2012. The challenge will take place from 30th March to 5th April 2012. Each team member has gained sponsorship to raise funds for The Countryside Alliance Foundation, the Alliance's charitable arm.
Participants will sled 200 kilometres across the Arctic wilds of Norway in an unforgettable wonderland experience.
This is the ultimate challenge for those with a longing for adventure and a desire to visit an Arctic wilderness whose beauty is truly breathtaking. Sledding across the frozen lakes and forests of Norway, with a deep blanket of snow as far as the eye can see, this expedition will reveal a winter wonderland most people can only ever dream of.
