Clarissa Dickson Wright Television cook and countrywoman, Clarissa Dickson Wright, is leading a campaign urging public bodies to buy and serve more British produce. The Countryside Alliance has revealed through the Freedom of Information Act that 75% of public bodies in Yorkshire and the Humber do not have a formal policy in place for sourcing and procuring UK-produced food.
