Terrier and Dog Racing will be held on Saturday 11th July at Lark Hall, Six Mile Bottom, Newmarket, CB8 0UT.
There will be a licensed bar, barbecue and bouncy castle.
The First Race commences at 6.30pm and classes include: Short and long legged terrier, Lurchers, Odd Jobs.

Also featuring "The Terrier Grand National".
Prizes and Trophies for all classes.

The Robinson and Hall annual clay shoot competition in aid of the Countryside Alliance will be held on Tuesday, 16th June 2009 from 3.30pm at Sporting Targets, Riseley, Bedfordshire.
The competition is basically for teams of four experienced guns although novices can be catered for. The entry fee per team is £140 which includes a buffet afterwards.

Hertfordshire farmer Ian Pigott has taken the prestigious “Rural Hero” title at the Countryside Alliance Awards finals in London. Shortlisted against Clarissa Dickson-Wright and Janet Street-Porter, Ian won for creating the massively popular Open Farm Sunday. |
