A Fisheries Bill that could propose seriously good news for anglers has been put back on the Parliamentary timetable, but a first draft could be ready for the New Year. More funding for angling projects and controls over fish farms operating where there are migratory fish runs were just two issues expected to arise. However, it is useful to know the background to what could prove to be a significant piece of legislation.
