November - December – Regional Judging visits take place In January 2011 receptions will be held at the Senedd in Cardiff and at Holyrood in Edinburgh to honour all Welsh and Scottish finalists and annouce the national champions. In March all winners will come to the Houses of Parliament to hear who has won the British titles.

The Countryside Alliance Awards are at first run at local level across 12 geographical regions. Each has its own judging panel and declares a winner in each of five categories (the Rural Hero and The Grassroots Award are run at British level only.)The Countryside Alliance Awards are run separately to the Countryside Alliance Ireland Awards.
