The farm shop opened in 2003 and was always something special – in fact, the customers are quite evangelical about the quality and taste of the meat, but the owners haven’t let the grass grow, so to speak. A larger butchery counter was added later, which complements the home made pies made on site. The addition of a nature walk in 2008 will set the seal on this outfit’s commitment to produce, environment and community – they want their community and visitors to appreciate the best of Wales and in doing so have become the best of Wales themselves. "
